The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation program teaches the technical, business management and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry – home modifications for aging in place.

Choose a learning schedule that works for you! To earn your Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) Certification, you must complete CAPS I, CAPS II, and CAPS III. You have the flexibility to take all three courses back-to-back or space them out over several months to fit your schedule.
