Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) Training
At the heart of our commitment to excellence is Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) training. Fritzi, a Master Instructor for the National Association of Home Builders, conducts this valuable program. CAPS certification equips professionals with in-depth knowledge of aging-in-place principles, ensuring they are well-prepared to address the unique needs of older adults and families to develop or modify new housing solutions.
Versatile Professional Training: CAPS training is not limited to a specific profession. Remodelers, designers, DME suppliers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and various professionals find value in this training. Notably, the workshop "Solving the Housing Puzzle for our Aging Population" at the 2024 International Builders Show was very well-attended as she shared the stage with colleagues addressing aging in place design, messaging, opportunities and project ideas for professionals. She has spoken at professional conferences for Certified Senior Advisors, Occupational Therapy Assn of California, California Association for Home Health Providers and the American Society on Aging. Her workshops for AARP, WellSolutions, Covia and MyHealthAngel reach national online communities with aging in place and home safety/modification topics.
