Fritzi Gros-Daillon

Fritzi Gros-Daillon is a successful entrepreneur and savvy veteran in Senior Move Management, Environmental Consulting and Aging-in-Place Home Safety and Modification. Her Master’s in Business from Columbia University, combined with Certified Senior Advisor designation and Certified Aging in Place Specialist, gives her the experience, perspective and expertise to work with older adults and families when the decisions about home modification or moving need to faced.

Fritzi is a Master Instructor for the National Association of Homebuilders, offering the Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist training. She certifies remodelers, designers, DME suppliers, occupational therapists and physical therapists, and other professionals in the three-day course. Her passion for the aging-in-place work has brought students from Virginia, Wisconsin, Utah, Arizona, Washington, Texas and locally to the San Diego location. Since 2020, Fritzi conducts this training virtually and at client locations throughout the US.

Her first book, “Grace and Grit: Insights to Real Life Challenges of Aging for Adult Children and their Parents”, won three national awards in 2015. The book shares real life stories of people faced with the delicate balance of parent and child with transitions later in life. The book offers insight, humor and a deeper understanding of the complexity of the roles and the decisions. Readers discover that they are not alone, as Fritzi experienced as a long-distance caregiver and professional in the senior move management/aging in place field.
