**CAPS 1 - January 21, 2026 - 8:00 am PST / 4:00 pm PST** This is a virtual live class. All students log in using Zoom. What you will learn in CAPS 1: • Identify access points and marketing opportunities within targeted AIP segments. • Explain how allied professionals can collaborate effectively to serve a targeted AIP market. • Identify common challenges of functioning in a real-world environment for the AIP population. • Enhance the client consulting process with effective needs assessment and communication techniques. Cancellation Policy
At Household Guardians, we understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. We aim to accommodate our students as best we can while maintaining fairness and planning efficiency for our classes. Refunds If you are unable to attend a scheduled CAPS course, refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the class. Refunds requested 7 or more days before the course date will be issued in full. Refund requests received less than 7 days before the class may be reviewed individually and could be offered as a credit toward a future course. All approved refunds will be issued by check and mailed to the address provided at registration. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing and delivery. Cancellations & Transfers If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us no later than 3 days (72 hours) before the class begins. Cancellations received at least 3 days in advance may transfer registration to a future class date at no additional cost. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the course may not be eligible for refund or transfer due to preparation and limited class size. If Household Guardians must cancel or reschedule a class, all registrants will be notified immediately and may choose between a full refund by check or a transfer to another date.
