Service Description
The Complimentary Aging-in-Place Consultation is a focused, 30-minute conversation designed for professionals seeking clarity, direction, or next steps related to aging-in-place, home safety, and CAPS principles. This session is led by Fritzi Gros-Daillon, a nationally recognized CAPS instructor and aging-in-place specialist with decades of experience working with professionals across the housing, design, remodeling, healthcare, and real estate industries. This complimentary consultation is ideal for: • Professionals who have completed CAPS and want help applying it in real-world situations • Builders, designers, remodelers, occupational therapists, and real estate professionals working with aging clients • Individuals seeking guidance on a specific aging-in-place question or challenge • Professionals exploring whether ongoing consulting support would be helpful During this call, you can expect to: • Discuss your current project, client situation, or professional goals • Clarify safety, accessibility, or aging-in-place considerations • Identify practical next steps or areas where expert guidance may be beneficial • Ask targeted questions and receive experienced, objective insight This session is intended to provide clarity and direction - not a full project review or design solution. If additional support is needed, optional consulting packages are available for professionals who want continued guidance applying CAPS principles to real homes and clients. The consultation is conducted virtually via Zoom and is offered at no cost. Availability is limited, and advance scheduling is required. This is a practical, professional conversation designed to help you move forward with confidence in your aging-in-place work.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Scheduling: Consultation and consulting sessions are scheduled through our online booking system and are available up to 90 days in advance. Same-day bookings are not available. All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have access to the meeting link at the scheduled time. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Complimentary sessions: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited. Paid consulting sessions: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will count as a used session. We understand that unexpected situations may arise. One courtesy exception may be granted at our discretion. Additional exceptions will not be offered. No-Shows: If a client does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide notice in advance: Complimentary sessions are forfeited, paid sessions are counted as used. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. A 5–10 minute grace period may be accommodated when possible; however, sessions will not be extended beyond the original end time. Consulting Packages: Consulting packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions expire at the end of this period. Refund Policy: Consulting packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Complimentary sessions have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds or credits. Professional Scope: Consulting sessions are intended to provide professional guidance and insight related to aging-in-place principles and CAPS implementation. Sessions do not replace professional licensure, site inspections, or regulatory approvals.
