What is your refund policy?
If you can’t take the class, we will refund you. (We’re human; just let us know as soon as possible.)
Can I reschedule?
Yes- please give 72 hours’ notice to move to a future date (no fee).
Can my company transfer my seat to someone else?
Yes, but the seat must be registered correctly through NAHB so the student record and certificate match for the attendee. We’ll help you make the change before class starts.
Do you ever cancel or combine scheduled classes?
No—we keep our schedule as a commitment to our students. If a rare issue arises (e.g., a technical outage), we’ll communicate options immediately (reschedule or refund).
